  • Tax ID/EIN Number
  • Business License
  • Three Trade References
  • Completed Credit Application Form
  • Company Purchase Order on official letterhead
  1. CREDIT TERMS QUALIFICATION PATHS

Path A - Standard (6-Month History):

  • Minimum 6 months of consistent prepaid orders
  • Minimum $10,000 in completed transactions
  • Perfect payment history
  • No returns or disputes

Path B - Expedited Consideration:

  • Complete credit application
  • Dun & Bradstreet score >80
  • Three positive trade references
  • Bank reference letter
  • Personal guarantee
  • Current financial statements
  • Minimum initial prepaid orders totaling $10,000
  1. CREDIT LIMITS & TERMS
  • Initial credit limits based on payment history and business volume
  • Maximum Net 30 terms
  • 2% discount if paid within 10 days (2/10 Net 30)
  • Credit limits reviewed every 6 months
  • Personal guarantee required for private companies
  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days
  • Carbon-neutral shipping provided
